Dear Family,One of the pleasures of doing the Guernsey blog is when I hear back from my cousins. This week it was a great to hear from Curt Guernsey. He sent along a picture of Elmer James Guernsey’s mother, Deborah Hansen Guernsey, taken in 1891.

Curt has the original picture which would be 120 years old. Deborah Hansen was born 1826 in New York and died 1900 in Dighton, Kansas.
